When your child struggles, the whole family struggles. We believe that meeting each child where they are and taking an individualized, client-centered approach is the key to addressing and relieving even the most intense issues.
With over 15 years of experience of working with children, young adults and families from diverse backgrounds, we are passionate about helping young people grow and families thrive through traditional and play-based therapy.

Our counselors help children as young as 4 years old who struggle with anxiety, trauma, coping skills, behavioral issues and big life transitions.

Our adolescent counselors help anxious and angry teens manage emotions, navigate school and peer relationships and build self-esteem.

Parent Coaching & School Collaboration
Our counselors want to support you in becoming the parent you want to be by enhancing the relationship you have with the children that you love. We also support families and schools by collaborating with other involved professionals.

All in-person sessions take place in our cozy office space, with a comfortable space with complimentary tea and WiFi available while you wait.

We proudly serve Colorado, Montana. Idaho, Maine, Vermont and Florida virtually.
Our office is conveniently located in West Arvada, Colorado. This location is easily accessible from Northwest Denver, Golden, Arvada, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge & Westminster.
We are in-network with many major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Kaiser (CO only). Self-pay rate $165/hr and sliding-scale spots are available to support affordability and keep therapy accessible!
