Meet Kimberly

Kimberly is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, Vermont and Florida, a LPC Clinical Supervisor and a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC) with expertise in treating ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioral and social issues. She brings a warm, relational approach to supporting children and families.

She believes that meeting each person where they are, and taking an integrative, client-centered approach is the key to addressing and relieving even the most intense issues. She have over 15 years of experience of working with elementary, middle and high school aged students and their families, from diverse set of backgrounds.

Kimberly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu. She has worked as a Therapist and School Counselor in Hawaii, New York City and Colorado.

She has been fortunate to receive training from experts across the country in clinical therapy techniques, play therapy, trauma-informed care and crisis management. Kimberly has worked with a diverse population of children and families, including counseling at a school for Gifted & Talented and Twice Exceptional students, as well as programs for adjudicated youth and teenagers with Oppositional Defiant Disorder.

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys playing with her puppy, hiking, paddle boarding, camping and spending time with family and friends.
